Decided to drop in to check out the Westerville Graeter’s . I was greeted by Jaylin, he’s been working there for around 3 years. I ordered the Love Boat Sundae with Black Raspberry chip and Black Cherry chip. Both had great flavor and huge chunks of chocolate mixed in. The only thing wrong was the little candy hearts were harder than a rock. Time for a fresh batch, otherwise a great experience.
Literally the best ice cream shop there is. All of their flavors are amazing and although it may look pricey, they give you BIG SCOOPS. I personally like to get the Peanut Butter Chip flavor even though I don’t necessarily like peanut butter. The Peanut Butter Chip here is SO GOOD though and is the only peanut butter I will eat.
Their signature flavor black raspberry and chocolate chip soloes everything though. They know how to make it good and everywhere else I’ve been has black raspberry chocolate chip that can’t compare to this one.
Interior and seating is nice too, the place overall is quite big with outdoor seating as well. This place is usually very crowded but the line goes by quick and everyone just wants to have that Graeters fun.
I mean, honestly, what more could I added to the 5 star reviews of Graeter's? It's soooo good. It's the best ice cream shop in the best ice cream chain with the best ice cream in America. Period. so good. Must visit.
Okay so my daughter went into this greaters for a milkshake with her friends the worker apparently was rude and not having a good day. All her friends ordered the same thing "a cookie dough milk shake" but after getting these milk shakes they realized they were mostly milk. So one of her friends kindly asked the lady if she could make it less milky. The lady said yes but they mentioned she had a very bad attitude and rolled her eyes. I've had good experience in the past but want proud of this one my daughter had.
I went to this Greaters for the Christmas tree lighting, of course as expected it was busy (which I get). But they didn’t give me enough change, by 12 dollars! The milkshakes weren’t fully blended and tasted like straight milk. I was not happy with this service and will not be returning.
Great ice cream in a nice part of town. Always a favorite.
The line was out at door at 8pm on a Monday because service is incredibly slow. I asked to sample a flavor and 3 separate employees sampled it before I was given my sample. My friend asked for a double scoop but the cone she received wasn't even filled to the top - we had already paid by the time she got the cone so we asked for the 2nd scoop to be added on top. Mia, the cashier, was extremely rude while ringing us out. She knew we were waiting to receive the corrected ice cream and rudely told the next person in line to come to the register where we were waiting for our order without asking us to move or apologizing for our wait. It took 2+ minutes for the second scoop to be added because the worker was too busy talking behind the counter. I hope management checks the camera to verify these facts because serious staffing changes need to be made. We used to frequent this location but we will not be back, particularly because of Mia.
Ice cream is great but service is slow, they need to add more staff during busy times and having a dedicated cashier could be helpful in moving the lines quicker.
